For RECongress Adult Days REGISTRATION FEE March 22-24, 2019 Adult Days - $85 ($75 before Feb. 28) Note: The URL address will show a secure lock at recongress.mylibralounge.com for online registrations. Check our Help page.   REGISTRATION INFORMATION Youth Day Attendance All young people of high school age are welcome to come to Youth Day. Those not yet in high school or who have graduated are asked not to register for the day. One Adult Chaperone is required for each group of up to 10 young people plus one additional Chaperone overall. Chaperones must be 21 years of age and in compliance with all Safe Environment Policies. Please contact your diocese’s Youth Ministry Office for more information on what is required of Adult Chaperones. Youth Day Registration Fees Youth Day -- Thursday, February 20, 2020 -- has a separate registration fee than the Adult Days of the Los Angeles Religious Education Congress. Youth Day is $40 per person, with special discount pricing of $35 through January 24, 2020. You can register for the day online or by mail. Unfortunately, we do not offer on-site registration at Youth Day. Further information can be found on the Youth Day Home Page Youth Day Name Badges All Youth Day packets will be mailed out before RECongress. If you do not receive your packet in the mail, please call the RECongress Registration and Information Desk at (213) 637-7348 for assistance. RECongress Adult Days Attendance The remainder of the weekend, Friday through Sunday -- March 22-24, 2019 -- is designed for adults/young adults ONLY. If you bring your child(ren), they MUST be registered and they must accompany you at all times. Children need to pay the full amount even if they are attending only one workshop. There are no discounts. RECongress Adult Days Registration Fees The registration fee for the Adult Days of the Religious Education Congress covers admission to all workshops (tickets required), exhibits, concerts, liturgies and special RECongress events throughout the three Adult Days. The regular registration pricing is $85 per person, with special discount pricing of $75 extended through January 24, 2020. Registration in Anaheim The Registration Area and Program Pick-up is located in the Prefunction Lobby at the Anaheim Convention Center. Hours during the Congress weekend are:      Thursday, March 21: 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm      Friday, March 22: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm      Saturday, March 23: 7:30 am - 2:30 pm      Sunday, March 24: 8:00 am - 11:00 am Now Location for Program Book and Tote Bag Pick-up There are new locations and times at RECongress 2019 for pick-up of the tote bag with Program Book, lanyard and name badge holder: -- Thursday, March 21 - 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm in ACC North (Plaza level). -- Friday, March 22 - 7:00 am to 3:00 pm in ACC North (Plaza level) & 7:00 am to noon at the Arena east doors. -- Saturday, March 23 - 7:30 am to 2:30 pm in ACC North (Plaza level). -- Sunday, March 24 - 8:00 to 11:00 am in the Registration Area, Hall A Prefuction Lobby.n   Payment for RECongress Event For online payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards and payments by check (termed as "ACH processing"). For payments by mail, we accept check and money order. On site, we accept cash, checks and credit cards. All payments in U.S. dollars only. RECongress Adult Days Workshop Choices  Be sure to make your RECongress Adult Days workshop choices before you begin your online registration process. You can find online session descriptions here. Group Online Registration Our group registration (a "group" is 2 or more people) allows to register for Youth Day or the RECongress Adult Days using just one payment by credit card or check covering your entire group – it saves the time of entering payment information for each registrant – then you can complete each attendee's ticket mailing and workshop choice information individually. RECongress Adult Days Tickets Check our Updates Page for ticket mailing information. Tickets are mailed to those who have successfully completed registration by February 25, 2019. After this date, all registrants will receive a barcode to print tickets on site at the Anaheim Convention Center. PLEASE READ ALL MATERIALS CAREFULLY THAT ARE MAILED WITH YOUR TICKETS. Refunds Refunds must be requested in writing and postmarked by February 15, 2019. There are NO REFUNDS after this date. Refunds will be made, less a $30 per person processing fee.  Lost/Replacement RECongress Adult Days Tickets There will be a $30 charge for each set of lost/replaced tickets.
