REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Youth Day Registration Fees

Registration for Youth Day 2017 is closed. Youth Day -- Thursday, February 23, 2017 -- has a separate fee and registration from Congress. The fee for Youth Day 2017 is $35 per person ($30 by January 13, 2017). There is no on-site registration for Youth Day. Further information can be found on the Youth Day Home Page

Youth Day Name Badges

All Youth Day packets will be mailed out by February 18. If your packet with name badges are NOT received by Youth Day, please check at the Registration Information Desk in the Prefunction Area of the Convention Center. Hours for the Registration Area on Youth Day are 7:00 am - 11:00 am.

Congress Registration Fees

The registration fee for the Religious Education Congress covers admission to all workshops (tickets required), exhibits, concerts, liturgies and special Congress events throughout the three days.
Registration for Congress is $80 per person ($70 by January 13, 2017).

Registration in Anaheim

The Registration Area and Program Pick-up is located in the Prefunction Lobby at the Anaheim Convention Center between Hall A and Hall B. Hours during the Congress weekend are:
     Thursday, February 23: 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
     Friday, February 24: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
     Saturday, February 25: 7:30 am - 2:30 pm
     Sunday, February 26: 8:00 am - 11:00 am

Payment for Congress

For online payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards and payments by check (ACH processing). For payments by mail, we accept check and money order. On site, we accept cash, checks and credit cards. All payment in U.S. dollars only.

Be sure to make your workshop choices before you begin your online registration process. You can find online session descriptions here.

Group Online Registration

Our group registration (a "group" is 2 or more people) allows to register for Youth Day or Congress using just one payment by credit card or check covering your entire group – it saves the time of entering payment information for each registrant – then you can complete each attendee's ticket mailing and workshop choice information individually.

Tickets

Check our Updates Page for ticket mailing information. Tickets are mailed to those who have successfully completed registration by January 29, 2017. After this date, all registrants will receive a barcode to print tickets on site at the Anaheim Convention Center. PLEASE READ ALL MATERIALS CAREFULLY THAT ARE MAILED WITH YOUR TICKETS.

Refunds

Refunds must be requested in writing and postmarked by January 6, 2017. There are NO REFUNDS after this date. Refunds will be made, less a $30 per person processing fee. 

Lost/Replacement Congress Tickets

There will be a $30 charge for each set of lost/replaced tickets.
