LA CONGRESS 2001: "Clothed in Love, Summoned Beyond"…This is the nation's largest annual gathering of
Catholics. Over the three days (February 16-18), 150 speakers will present over 250 workshops on a wide variety of
topics at the Anaheim Convention Center. Please call the parish office if you are interested or speak to Patrick
Conway or visit the LA Congress Web Site at archive.recongress.org Registration books are available at all the exits. We have
reserved a block of rooms across the street from the convention center. Please let us know if you are interested.
YOUTH
NEXT MEETING JANUARY 21 AT 7 PM!
Disneyland & LA Youth Day – We’ll leave by bus on Wednesday, February 14 at 4:30 PM and travel to Anaheim for
Youth Day on February 15 and Disneyland on February 16, returning home on February 17. Cost is $180 if reserved
by December 28, $190 after that. (Sell 18 pizzas and go for free!) Open to all high school students. Friends are
welcome! Call the parish office to reserve a spot!
